Should our merchandise or service ever fail to meet your expectations, or if you change your mind, you can return it to us within 10 days of the date of purchase.
Items returned must be unopened, resealable merchandise that is in it’s original condition. This means you have not used or damaged any of the items.
Unfortunately, and despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit to you. If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with clear photos showing the damage.
The Customer Care team will then provide you with a label to affix to your package, which you will need to include along with your original packing slip in the return parcel.
Once you receive your return label, please make sure that you send us your package as soon as possible. In order for us to accept your return it must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days of issuing the return label.
